“I grew up skateboarding, snowboarding, and later got into biking (road and mountain biking), with very little concern of recovery, hoping my eternal youth would be enough for my body.where most people choose a physical or desk job - I have a hot tub service business and hunch over about 40 hours a week pursuing art- so i have the worst of both worlds in a physical sense Well at about 40, it’s hard to pretend I’m still young or my body will take care of itself. It’s up to me. All of this lead me to acupuncture which eventually lead to meeting Lindy. And I’m so glad I did. She is amazing! I have never had a massage so focused on problem areas and that is what I was looking for and needed. Lindy called ahead to discuss problem areas so she knew just where I needed to work on. I walked in with bad shoulder and neck pain and I feel so much relief after just one hour. I know I need more and I can’t wait to go back. I can not recommend Lindy enough.
