We had Cliston for over 6 months to maintain a property in RSF and to help with out pool, as we have had issues with past pool guys not taking care of it. He turned up today to do the pool and to look at maybe fixing our Subzero fridge. He walked off after doing the pool them let us know he can no longer provide services. The owner here is 84 years old and I'm helping him run the house, I've been going through ill health for the past 6 months and we both don't need this. He gave no notice so now we have no help for anything. Very unprofessional. The owner is senior and this has put me under undue stress. We made him feel at home and even fed him on occasions when he was here for awhile. We are both very upset about the way we've been treated. Edit: Neil knew of the report on Yelp and does not want you back. Do not call him. As for the unsafe environment, that's bull shit, you've been here for 7 months and were fine with our hospitality, if you felt unsafe then why did you eat and drink with us freely? You had the option to leave at any point. And you owe Neil one week, he paid you for a month of pool cleaning. Your behavior was highly unprofessional!! Too late to look victimized. We have another now who stepped in to help us out. Luckily there are nice people like that.

Good luck getting an appointment. I reached out to Cliston via email. Initially he was eager to help but then when I was ready to start with my projects, he said he was not available. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are plenty of local handyman companies that will treat you better!! Happy to show screen shots if needed.

Rancho Santa Fe Apartment Homes has the best maintenance staff! They are knowledgeable,friendly,always address requests in a timely manner and never leave a mess behind!! They are Covid sensitive, so they are wearing masks and gloves. I would like to do a shout out to my man, LOUIE, who fixed the drainage problem with my kitchen sink.
