Excellent service by employee Luis Ortega. We had a pretty bad garbage disposal clog in a hard to reach area. Mr. Ortega quickly assessed the problem, communicated the issue and solved it fast. Would highly recommend.
Andrew replaced toilet with a more efficient Kohler model. Andrew had to crawl under the house to reposition the waterline since its original location was too close to the baseboard and difficult to access. Andrew handled the job perfectly.
Thanks ASAP for taking care of us on a Sunday morning. You sent Luis out to clean our Kitchen drain, he was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and all around good person. He assessed the problem and knew just what to do, he cleared our drain and when done cleaned up afterwards. Now it drains great.
