Kristina was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with checking all my sinks,faucets, and showers (she took the heads of faucets apart to make sure they were flowing properly) took photos underneath my sinks where I couldn't see. He got the job done!! But, had a clogged residential drain and went with the $342 service instead of the $63 basic option. Didn’t even know there was a promo—probably the better choice, right?
