A-1 Sewing & Vacuum Center

First time coming here. My mom has a older but very good sewing machine. A Dress Maker brand. Took it elsewhere prior as we're not aware of this shop. After less than stellar results I asked around and was pointed to this shop. So I'm in the customer service industry. And as opposed to the prior experience,This is what customer service is !!!! Right from the initial phone call of 3 minutes. He answers yes very familiar with this machine. Bring it in. Dropped off 30 min later. Says I'll have it done for you tomorrow. I love this store because I have always found the best service and prices here from friendly, helpful people. When I brought my Miele vacuum in with a broken part expecting to have to leave it, they replaced the part on the spot in 5 minutes at a very reasonable price. They are great at refurbishing old machines and I think it is the best Miele store in North County.

Oscar saved our vacuum! We brought in a Dyson that needed a complete cleaning, and expected them to tell us it was not salvageable. However, to our surprise, he said it would be fixed in a day. When we returned the next day, it was ready, and smelled amazing (it previously smelled like wet dog). The service was reliable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely go back. Thank you!
