“our dog has had such good care and I never feel that I am trying to be "up sold" and encouraged to get more tests, buy more products etc. Also, while at the hospital my husband had a mini health issue. The staff did not feel that he should drive home, so they volunteered to drive him home with our dog who had been treated. Someone followed the car in order to drive the person back to the facility. This was way above and beyond what would have been expected. Cannot say enough good things about the personnel and of course the excellent quality of care for our dog.“
