Well...second time I have walked out of this store unfortunately because nobody would help or even notice me. I was going to be some Versace perfume but no would come to me. I wanted to also buy a curling iron, both for my wife. I did buy BOTH across the parking lot at Kohl's.
I had a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty store in the Madonna Plaza. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I needed a specific color eye shadow and Justin showed me 5 different singleton eye shadows in the same color range that I was trying to find. We traveled all over the store. I would have spent hours trying to locate what he found in minutes. He was exceptionally efficient and has an excellent eye for color. He identified the perfect match within 15 minutes. Justine was very competent and has a great attitude. I will shop here again.
I love Ulta! I think this location is special because the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Compared to other locations, this location is definitely more engaged with their customers and they truly care. It's fun to visit and when you're in a hurry someone is always waiting and ready to help you save time finding what you need. I appreciate the employees here. The products are all great already.
