Best place for men’s hair cuts in San Luis. Plan ahead if you want a cut as The Chop Shop is booked pretty solid especially from September through June. Great attention to detail and perfect cuts every time. Owner Josh does a great job and treats each customer with respect and always has a positive encouraging attitude. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great place, great cuts, great person. Before moving to San Luis I had the same person cut my hair for almost 20 years straight. I thought nobody could ever know me better and do a better job but Josh sure competes. He's been by barber for nearly 6 years now and hopefully more to come. I'm not 'in to' my hair by any means -- its short frizzy and thinning but somehow Josh makes it look great despite my never taking good care of it. So ya - whether you want a premium cut or something maintenance like me, or if you want a quick cut or a long term relationship with a good barber -- The Chop Shop (Josh) is certainly worth it.

I have been going to Josh for over 7 years. He is by far the best barber in town. I have 5 tricky cowlicks on the top of my head - and he has mastered them- he has excellent cutting skills and his fades are perfect. He is a perfectionist and always takes the time to make sure you have the best hair cut possible. Moreover, Josh is also a great human - who makes everyone feel welcome and valued.
