We’re incredibly grateful to Terry for quickly fitting us into his day after our shower handle broke off (within the valve itself) resulting in the need to turn off water to our entire house. He skillfully managed to remove the broken fragments from the valve body without damage, saving us from a massive job of tearing up the wall to replace everything. Today was the second time we had Terry here to assess our tankless water heater. Like the first time we used him, he was on time and very professional. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He is reasonably priced and we highly recommend him.

Terry is hands down the most humble, honest, experienced and down to earth plumber I have ever met. We used Smee's to replace a garbage disposal in a very tight space. He was extremely clean and thorough and even cleaned things up that were not done very well to begin with.
