Well, I called, seeing that their website has all sorts of asks for new patients to make appointments. Not only are they not accepting any new patients, but they will not recommend any other local providers. Instead, they recommend that one call their insurance provider for a list of places. Nor do they have any kind of wait list. I mentioned that this did not evidence very much care for would-be patients, and the person responded that they are not taking patients, and again suggested I call my insurance provider. Please note that the person was courteous and nice. It just seems that they, through their policies, wish not to help--unless you are already their patient.

Went in for a routine vision examination. Six months later I received a bill for what my insurance company said is included in the routine examination. When I called and questioned this bill I was immediately dropped as a patient. To me it appeared they were double dipping. Very unprofessional on both accounts.

Thank you to Dr. Parreria and staff for being so incredibly helpful! I forgot my contacts and no other optometry center in the area was willing to help me out. I can see why they have such high ratings and good reviews. Their service is top notch and I highly recommend her and her staff.
