We have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this office. The receptionists, medical assistants and everyone in between are amazing. They are efficient, answer the phone, follow up and are always pleasant. Dr. Heffernan is the best dermatologist we have ever been to. Can't believe we have such a great doctor available to us in San Luis County. We would recommend this office to our family and friends without any hesitation. Better than all the rest, for sure! I see patients on Yelp complaining about the cost of.care - care is not free! We very rarely have to wait but there are unexpected emergencies or delays. An example would be when Dr Heffernan has to tell you that you have lymphoma. He will give you all the time you need. Isn't that what you would want? Especially, after being misdiagnosed by another local dermatologist for 3 & 1/2 years. THIS OFFICE CARES!
My friend highly recommended your office. She was not mistaken. I was treated professionally, and with respect I had a very minor procedure, which was taken care of during the appointment.I can’t see enough to recommend this office and staff. They are outstanding.
Their customer service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and professional. The doctor was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a more professional Dermatologist center. I was very pleased.
