After interviewing multiple general contactors and working with Regal on our full interior renovation for six months, we would definitely recommend this team for any future projects. Ben, Cesar, and the entire Regal team were responsive, knowledgeable, and collaborative. We were a first-time home buyer and completed our first renovation. The team always responded within the hour or same day, provided constructive feedback in our design and OS&E purchases, located all required resources to complete the known and unknown tasks, and catered our timeline. We had a great experience with Regal Construction and Ben Ezra. They remodeled a bathroom in our condo. What I appreciated most about the experience was Ben’s professionalism and punctuality. He never rescheduled a meeting, was always on time and all calls, emails and texts were promptly returned. He said in the beginning that efficient communication is the key to the success of a project and he really made a normally stressful process as easy and stress free as possible. The project was finished ahead of schedule and within initially established budget. The guys who did the work on the bathroom were also on time, respectful, did their jobs and tried to cause minimal disruptions to the homeowner. Overall, we had a very positive experience and plan to use them again in the future.
