The best local eye care group by far! Primary Eyecare has helped me navigate an extremely difficult confluence of vision problems since I was a child. (Thank you Dr Cheung!) More recently, Dr Ou and Dr Tackett have been nothing but kind and patient while dialing in a new long term prescription for me while other local doctors were unwilling to put in the time needed to deal with my complicated eyes. Without a doubt the finest eye care in the community.

Best company (not just eye care company) that I've ever worked with! They are patient, helpful, and understanding. I've been accommodated in person as a student in SLO and an adult in LA. Highly recommend!!

absolutely phenomenal through and through. i had loads of questions before i even made my appt with covid and safety. i'm high risk but i really needed to get in this year for an appt. madalyn and stephanie and steven. dr ou. everyone went beyond with each step. so thoughtful. so thorough. dr ou really took the time to explain everything that was going on with each eye. everyone was so professional. see the review of hilary b. she captures the experience quite well. this is definitely to be your go-to place.
