My couch had a lot of stains and a pretty strong odor, and I honestly didn’t think anything would help. I tried Pioneer because of their good reviews, and I’m glad I did. They cleaned my sofa so well that it looks and smells almost new.
The technician showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and was very polite and respectful. He took his time with the harder spots and made sure I understood the process.
