My SLO family has invested with ML SLO for over 60 years. If you don't have over a mil to invest don't bother. bc when my grandma died, they started farming out descendants to B of A in Santa Maria! Not the SLO way. Don't they get that descendants inherit? Looking for another place to invest now

Merrill Lynch is a disaster. 1) Every time I call the Merrill number, it says Welcome to Merrill and :Thank You for being a preferred platinum honors client and here is your balance". When I ask for a representative, Bank of America comes on and says they cannot help me. It is so frustrating. The only way around it is you ask the BoA rep to stay on the line until they get Merrill is on the line 2) I ordered checks a month ago thru the Merrill web site and I have a confirmation number but when I finally got thru to a Merrill representative, they said no checks were on order so I had to order them over the phone.
