“While I cannot speak to 5 year old reviews, it's a consistent A+ for us and that's counting all 6 service calls between 2022 and 2023. Why 6? 89 year old house. Two sewer snakes (between 7 months), one scope/inspection and 3 major fixes.First off, great, friendly front desk staff. Immediate call backs, in some cases the crew called us even just to check-in. Several times they were able to accommodate our busy schedule. What did they did:1. Fixed a disconnected bathtub drain that was just spilling into the crawlspace for who knows how many years, causing the home to settle (figured that out because the bathtub was the only clear drain when the rest of the house was blocked).2. Fixed the water service valve at the front of the house (was a total mess now beautifully over engineered).3. Replaced a cast iron sewer line under the house with an ABS pipe and fixed a horrible root infested, clay lateral connection at the front of the house. (This was the cause of all previous blockage issues and needed to be done). Was it cheap? No. Did we get a good value what we paid for? Absolutely and then some. We've been working with contractors for the last 15 months (roofers, electricians, finish carpenters, termite abatement) and Power Plumbing wins the MVP award. Zero drama, first rate work, honest, fair, fast.Robbie and his teammate, Jake (I hope I got that right) just got done with the last major work (#3) Monday and Tuesday of this week. Big ugly trench in the front yard, they had to crawl into a very tight space under the house for the replacement, total mess. They estimated 4 days for the job and had it done in 2. They had the front yard backfilled and everything back in it's place looking better than it did when they started. They even managed to save a few bushes. We couldn't believe it. Every step of the way, they made sure I saw the problems and how it was being fixed, they did that because I wanted to understand the work. Everything was done within the scope of the budget, the team was great at explaining all the details clearly and we have the confidence that the job was done right. If the owner of Power Plumbing is reading this, you have a fantastic crew. Knowledgeable, was spot-on right in every diagnosis, good humored (I would not be in a laughing mood doing what they had to do but Robbie and Jake were so positive about it), fast, prompt and professional. You'll be getting more business via our references and hopefully this review. Already recommended to 3 individuals who all need work done. Please take care of them. With gratitude,Evan and Lynn“
