“In short: I recommend him and would use his service again. Details: I called Bryan from Handyman crackerjack and he was able to come to my house the next day to assess the repairs I wanted. The first thing I noticed was that we had an appointment for 12:30 and Bryan showed up at exactly 12:30. I appreciate that so much because many other services give a two hour window. Bryan was extremely professional and did a good job of explaining what the repairs would entail and getting my okay before ordering parts. When the parts came in he let me know and we made another appointment that he showed up on time for. The repairs he completed were high quality and I am very happy with the results. He fixed two kitchen drawers and an abnormal patio door with a broken deadbolt. Bryan was professional, prompt, kind, and clean. Update: I hired Bryan again to fix a light in my garage. Once again he was prompt, friendly, clean, efficient and explained the situation well. I still highly recommend him.“
