Can't believe we have such a great doctor available to us in San Luis County. We would recommend this office to our family and friends without any hesitation. Better than all the rest, for sure! I see patients on Yelp complaining about the cost of.care - care is not free! We very rarely have to wait but there are unexpected emergencies or delays. An example would be when Dr Heffernan has to tell you that you have lymphoma. He will give you all the time you need. Isn't that what you would want? Especially, after being misdiagnosed by another local dermatologist for 3 & 1/2 years. THIS OFFICE CARES!“

“The one thing that sets this med spa apart from ALL OF ALL of the Medspas in San Luis Obispo is that you get one on one attention with your med spa doc, I never feel rushed, there's no 45minute wait time in the lobby twiddling your thumbs, and that's because this office doesn't overbook their clients, like ALL SLO med spas do. You walk in, they check you in and you immediately start to get your service done. There's no other patients but you, Which is really rare. They are very helpful in giving you text messages to remind you of your appointments. You can even text with the office manager when you have questions outside of the med spa. “The best price for amazing brows and bikini wax. It's a comfortable space, Robin is friendly and knowledgeable always taking care of my bikini, lip wax and brows. She listens to what I am asking for and keeps my brows natural and full, just the way I like. Also the Brazilian always lasts 5-6 weeks and recommend giving it a try the hot wax is nice.“
