This use to be a good firm to work with. I don't know what happened, perhaps it is the COVID pandemic, but I found them very difficult to do business with. A good accounting firm has good communication skills, focuses on quality work product and is timely. I found that two of the three of these were complete failures. I don't know if this was a one off but every time I tried to communicate with them and hire them it was a complete mess. I would find another firm perhaps out of area as they are incredibly poor at timely and effective communications.

I feel bad about leaving a 1 star for the whole firm when my issue is with one staff member.My neighbor recommended Erin Nagle at Glenn Burdette. I called her and left a detailed message on her office voice mail to see if we would be a fit. Never got a call back. It's the lack of professionalism in not calling back, if only to say my situation does not fit the firms strengths, that bugs me, so this is a cautionary tale... if she won't call back for new business how responsive is she once you are a client?
