If I could give more than five stars I would. Cinderella Carpet has a lifelong customer. I worked with Cheryl on getting replacement carpets for my mom's home in SLO. She was beyond helpful and made sure the product fit my families needs. She was very thoughtful throughout the entire process.The installation team did an incredible job and was very responsive to any of my questions and/or concerns. If you are looking for new carpet I could not recommend Cinderella Carpet more.
Such nice and knowledgeable folks! Kindness abounds... my knees were killing me so I asked for a rolling chair to be able to keep looking at tiles... no sweat! Got a chair and all the help anyone could use!
Cinderella carpet was very helpful to me ! I call them and ask about carpet and laminate flooring and they answered my questions! They had Dan Gates bring carpet and laminate samples to my house! I was told that I could keep the samples a few days but I saw what I wanted then! I ordered the flooring and two and a half weeks later Dan was installing it! Dan did a fantastic job on the carpet and laminate flooring! I would strongly recommend Cinderella carpet and Dan Gates!!
