Steve was not only professional and honest but he was also kind and friendly, he treated me like a person that mattered and not like just another client like a lot services do, Steve was upfront and honest about the process and the cost from the beginning and at the end of the day isn't that what we look for in a data recovery service? thank you for your talent and kindness

on several occasions I have had the need for data recovery at a reasonable price and found the services of Burgess Consulting to be excellent. I had a bad hard drive which was in a fire and had given up all hope but they surprised me and got me back almost all of my data. I would highly recommend their services
