We first spoke with Michael Bravo from Bravo Developments in February 2023 regarding our remodel. He indicated that work would start in a few months. Over the course of a year, despite numerous correspondences, not a single promise he made came true, and there were many instances. We never received a written contract or budget. The primary role of a general contractor is to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Michael Bravo has demonstrated he cannot do either and is completely untrustworthy.
