I was super nervous and had no idea what to expect, it was the BEST THING I've ever done. She walked me through everything prior, explained what she was doing while she did it, and was extremely gentle. When she was finished she explained what she had seen while working with my skin, and then explained that she wasn't going to push her product on me but made a suggestion about what my skin needs! I would definitely recommend this company not only because the girls did a good job, but also because we had a signed contract and I had a few people back out of hair/make-up. I was really worried that I would have to pay for the back outs, but there was NO problem in re-doing the contract with the new number. “A couple weeks ago, my Mother in Law told me she had some tangles in her hair but when I looked she had a massive mat, likely from her forgetting to brush or maintain her hair properly. Sadly, she has dementia/Alzheimer's so she forgets things a lot. We came in after booking with Curtis, to see what could be done, and I was pretty sure she’d end up with a short bob. Curtis not only managed to get the mat out, he saved most of the length in her hair. She really was over due for a hair cut but he was sweet and understanding. Afterwards, she was happy and that’s all that mattered! It was a great experience and we will be back. Thank you!“
