Glad that they have some vets that listen to the owner because how else are you going to treat an animal or know what is going on animals can’t talk, logic. Anyways my concerns were brushed off by the techs or whatever and my dog ended up having an problem that was affecting her health and I told them all the symptoms that were spot on and the only person who seemed to moderately value my input/concern was the actual vet. Very annoyed at the techs for their annoyance with my concerns ending up right. Thankfully they don’t decide the procedures and tests needed or my dog would’ve never got diagnosed or treated. I’ve been to many vet clinics and this one by far is the best! The staff aren’t pushy and are very understanding of my elder Chihuahua! I would recommend this vet clinic to everyone and anyone!
Not only are they always compassionate caregivers for pets, but they went above and beyond with my elderly cat, combing out her matted fur because she doesn't groom herself well anymore.
