Hi! I'm Dr. Alexandra Andersson of ALTA Health + Performance. I specialize in optimizing human movement and mobility. More often than not, it is a dysfunctional movement pattern that is at the root of many conditions like low back pain, spinal disc injury, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, flat feet, neck pain and upper back tightness. I break down movement to see what is working well for you and what is not working so well for you - and then work on strengthening your connection to the areas that are not working as well as they should. When your body functions in a mechanically efficient and correct way, performance tends to skyrocket and the pain tends to go away and stay away.
