The one thing that sets this med spa apart from ALL OF ALL of the Medspas in San Luis Obispo is that you get one on one attention with your med spa doc, I never feel rushed, there's no 45minute wait time in the lobby twiddling your thumbs, and that's because this office doesn't overbook their clients, like ALL SLO med spas do. You walk in, they check you in and you immediately start to get your service done. There's no other patients but you, Which is really rare. They are very helpful in giving you text messages to remind you of your appointments. You can even text with the office manager when you have questions outside of the med spa. I've been seeing Amanda for LHR for quite a while now. I only go in for a yearly touch up now. She is the most personable, friendly nurse ever! I feel so comfortable with her and I love how our convos make me forget that I'm getting zapped!

It was good. Nurse was friendly, could've done a bit more units for my face. It did felt kind of awkward when the iPad prompted me to leave a tip. I don't think medical providers can or should ask for tips. Maybe the iPad is set that way?
