Ann-Marie has been fantastic in helping me cope with ongoing symptoms of endometriosis! In addition, she was a great support when I went through a stressful life and career transition. Acupuncture is one of my go-to self care tools and Ann-Marie is wonderfully warm and gentle. I feel nurtured and supported in her hands.
As an holistic practitioner it is rewarding to have a skilled, caring and resourceful referral for my clients. Her treatments are very personalized and the studio and treatment rooms are very tranquil.
Ann-Marie has helped me with a wide variety of aches, pains, and my overall health and wellbeing. I've been working with her for the past year on helping me achieve optimal health through coaching on diet, exercise, and creating more balance through acupuncture and supplements. Whenever I have a specific pain in my body, she treats it with cupping and most often the pain is alleviated after 1 session. She has a wealth of knowledge and I trust her advice and expertise.
