I’ve had a great experience working with John Esmeyer on purchasing a new property in Castro Valley. John was very informative, supportive, and knowledgeable in assisting me with the purchase. John is a friendly family-oriented and people person with exceptional skills and connections in the East Bay realty market. He was able to help my family look for a house that fit all of our needs and that was not easy one bit due to the gigantic laundry list of requirements. He was attentive and communicative throughout the whole process providing many insightful feedback and suggestions. With his understanding of my family’s needs, he went above and beyond to helping us with get connected with local contractors to help us with the renovations. We are truly thankful and appreciative of all John’s contributions in a very stressful process in purchasing a new home. I highly recommend John Esmeyer for all your realty needs in the East Bay.
