I messaged JP on yelp and he responded promptly with his contact number expressing interest in my job. We proceeded to corresponded via text about my job. Once I got solid contact with JP and a clear vision for my project (which wasn't the easiest thing to do since most quality business people are very busy and I wasn't sure how carpet installation worked), he was an absolute delight to work with. Regarding new carpet installation. JP was very responsive and came in person next day to perform official measurements and provide a formal quote. Even offered us a great deal on a higher end carpet. He followed up to see how he could meet our needs. Really appreciate his excellent customer service. Also, of all the carpet vendors we contacted (6 total) he is the only one who wore shoe coverings! Appreciate his attention and care for the little things (but a big deal if you think about someone in the flooring business!)

repeat customer recommend!!! They not only did an excellent job when they replaced our floor the first time but were here same day when problem with a water problem two years later!!
