If there are more than 5 stars to rate this company, Oliver Heating and Air (Vinnie and Dee team) surely deserves more. 2 weeks ago, before this excessive heat felt all over the Bay Area, specially in Tri-Valley, they were able to replace our AC. The previous estimate and recommendation from another heating company was to replace both the ac/furnace at same time (18 year old units), where with Vinnie's assessment, we only need the AC. I called Oliver Heating and Air on Thursday afternoon because our very old heating & AC system was not getting cold. They said that they were busy and I might have to wait until Monday to have my system repaired. They offered to refer me to another company that may get to me sooner but I had outstanding service from Oliver on two previous occasions and would prefer to deal with them on Monday. Saturday morning they showed up to look at our system, found the problem and fixed it immediately. They then presented me a bill which I felt was very unfair -- to them! How can you complain about very fast response, friendly people that know their business, and a price that is beyond fair to the customer.
I enjoy writing great reviews especially when I know it may help others make a choice. I am so glad I chose Oliver Heating and Air to install my wall heater. Vinnie and Deanne were informative and professional. The heater is working fantastic, and I am very happy with the service they provided.
