I highly recommend Villatoro Construction. They performed a number of renovations at my home and in addition to being extremely competitive in price, they created a realistic schedule and stuck to it. Victor Villatoro was very easy to deal with and his crew was wonderful. I could not have asked for better communication or more painstaking care of my home and its contents. They are careful, thorough, and take pride in their work. Best of all, any issues I had during and after the work was completed were speedily and satisfactorily addressed. This is the kind of company we all wish we could find, but which seems to be increasingly rare today.

We hired Villatoro & M Construction (VC) for a whole house remodel. Our project included everything from seismic and electrical upgrades to a full kitchen and bath remodeling. They literally took almost every wall down to the studs then rebuilt them with new windows, doors, wiring, insulation and wall board. The final result looks amazing. During the process, VC worked diligently to get the job done in less than six months. They have a large crew and were able to schedule whatever resource was needed in a timely manner- sometimes having 8 to 10 workers on site at a time. Several key staff were onsite regularly and seemed to take personal interest in the project outcome. But one of the key qualities that we appreciated most about VC is the integrity of Victor, Victor Jr and Milton. They provided a transparent proposal and fulfilled each requirement with professionalism and craftsmanship. They started the project strong and finished it just as strong!

Victor and his team were excellent and did a fabulous job on our patio trellis and painting throughout the house. We added brick walls to two rooms and they turned out amazing. Roman was the brick installer and he was very methodical in how he approached every brick laid. We used two types of brick so he worked with us to find the perfect pattern and it turned out completely amazing! Victor was professional and responsive and made sure we were happy with every facet of the job and his subcontractors were professional and cleaned up after the job and, more importantly, took the time needed to prime and caulk before painting.
