I’ve been training with teddy for two years and lost 100 lbs he helps with meal plans & vitamin protein etc.. he will push you but you have to want it for yourself
Awesome group of dedicated trainers, well maintained, up to date facility, dope music! Everything you need from towels to water and even green smoothies some Days lol. Love the transformation wall, I'll be up there some day♡
