Said they would come early then showed up late. Quoted $184 for a 3 bedroom home then tried to double the price on scene, but I told them no and talked them down on the price.. Two technicians damaged my walls and chipped the paint with the hose. They SOAKED my carpets!!! I didn't see any steam so my guess is this is water and suction carpet cleaning.. Said they'd do a double extraction of the water for quicker dry time but that didn't happen. Then their carpet cleaning machine broke down. Said they would get another van and come back. They took two hours to come back then proceeded to do my living room in 15 minutes, no double water extraction. There was also a new blue...read full review

I've been a tenant for 10 years now and I wanted to share the positive experience that's going on here at the Chateau Manor Complex. Covid-19 has placed additional sanitation requirements on all of us. And I must say i'm so Impressed with the efforts the Staff is making here to ensure we have a Clean and Safe Complex to live in!!! I'm retired so the safety that the staff provides us is really appreciated. The 2nd Floor Wash Room is moped and cleaned several times a week. The door handles wiped down daily, the carpets in the hallways vacuumed every week. The Office Staff and Maintenance Team are on-site 7 days a week without fail! Proud of Veronica, Jessica, Lorenzo, Freddie and the staff for working your tails off to keep this place looking amazing! As soon as the weather gets warmer, i'm looking forward to reopening of the renovated BBQ Area, along with the Swimming Pool, Exercise Weight Room and Party Room. Now with a brand new AM/PM Gas Station close by, it's even a better environment to live in. My family & friends enjoyed visiting prior to the pandemic beginning in February. And i'm looking forward to hosting them here again, when it's safe to be together again. Tell me there isn't a better place to live. Come check out! Gordon Kaufman - 10 Year Resident

RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER & WANTS TO CHARGE EVERYTHING ON YOU! I stayed here with my roommate for a year. I didn't really want to write this but I thought people must really know what they're putting themselves into. I believe the most important thins about a community living is a responsible, respectful and honest management team in addition to the condition of the building itself. You don't have this here. The first night we parked our car in the wrong spot and it got immediately towed ( early in the morning!), costing us a couple of hundred. After we complained to the manager ( Veronica), not only she didn't apologize, she instead confronted us and spoke to us in a very demeaning way. These type of incidents could happen and it wasn't easy being around her, since she has a sense of entitlement, never said "I'm sorry" or "thank you". She doesn't have much respect for others and sees you from above, although she's just a property manager, to the point we always preferred to not ask her anything unless we really had to. Bottom line, when moving out, she charged us for "heaving painting" for some very minor scratches on the walls from hanging frames ( we use these tiny sticky hangers that barely leaves a trace). She charged us for 3 gallons of paint, lots of labor work...and another 1 gallon for the kitchen and bathrooms (we didn't have any hangers in those places). Obviously, she wanted us to pay for painting the whole apartment! The laundry washer and dryers are awful too and the timers don't work. It was a day trip to walk to them only to see the machine is still not done although you timed it. I told her, in an email for the record, but she didn't care one bit! Nothing changed. Bottom line, find somewhere that respects you, isn't cheap and doesn't make plans on your money! Good luck!
