Super convenient location for me! Classes are a fair price, the cheapest so far for me. They have a lot of equipment available for people. The only con is street parking. Might get lucky or not finding close parking. I had to park 2 blocks away when I went for the first time. I do look forward going back when I don't feel like going far for my usual yoga classes.

Love this community spot for yoga! I tried their new student special deal which gives you one week of free yoga and had a pleasant time checking out their different class & instructors. Everyone was so welcoming and it was easy to park in the street while I took a class. Most classes are ~1hr & 15 min and i highly suggest arriving 10 min early before class so you can settle in and gather your supplies. They have lots of yoga equipment (blocks, straps, blankets) you can borrow too! Love this local gem, and looking forward to dropping by to future classes on the days I work from home.

I was initially unsure, but have grown to love many teachers here. Lauren Bannister is the best, but most I've tried are good too. I've especially fallen in love with Broderick's classes via zoom.
