Soooo I just recently had the pleasure of working with this company again and couldn’t be happier with the service. He installed a new water heater for me and the entire process was smooth and stress-free, thank the lord. He worked around my schedule and thats what I liked. The installation was done meticulously, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that they take pride in their work. Not only were the prices fair and transparent, but they also offer excellent maintenance services in my opinion. Their consistency and thoroughness have truly impressed me, including every step of the job was handled professionally and efficiently. I would recommend Souza and Viviani Plumbing company because John provides prompt, reliable service, skilled, and fair pricing in his work that he does. I had my faucet repaired and my drains cleaned out, and it has been working great lately. John has a strong reputation in the Bay Area and in the Central Valley for great customer service and long lasting repairs also indicating he is trustworthy and committed to quality work!
