I am very happy with the services provided by Service 4 Plumbing. Here are the reasons:1. They are punctual and provide in-time assistance: when I had the first problem, the crew showed up in 30 minutes in pouring rain. They said they’d be here at 8 am, they came at 8 and stayed until the job was done.2. They are subject matter experts especially Napoleon, who is experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic. He works hard and provides different options which made it easier for me to made a decision. He works with you, which is very difficult to find.3. If I had seen the Yelp review before I used Service 4 Plumbing, I likely would have passed them up. I called a different company first, but that company only worked on sewer laterals, and they referred me to Service 4 Plumbing. Getting a referral from another company that has high reviews was a really good sign for me. If you have a good company and are willing to refer people to another company, that takes some trust. So, I called Service 4 Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and got directly to Napolean. He agreed to meet me the next day at my place in El Cerrito. The work was to repair a leak in a cast iron house side sewer line. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave me a quote, then once I signed, got the job done in about an hour. This included cutting through and replacing around 6 foot of cast iron. I am very happy with the results.
