Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He was a very friendly technician and explained all of what he doing and checked for any damage that may have occurred when opening the car (there wasn’t).

took forever, miscommunication from original geico provider in New mYork? very rude!!! but pop a lock was wonderful when i finally. communicated with pop very kind , communitive and helpful

? ? drive-thru person both onna mike & workin' tha' window were clear spoken & patience exuding ? All foods purchased were correct within our bags ?✨? Ooops!? This was to Burger King on E 14th St. San Leandro Ca. & I've no way (how) to redirect to them ? Apologizes ?
