I called Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning after putting off for a year a much needed checkup and thermostat replacement. Phoenix was able to come out the next day and look into my list of heating problems.The gentleman who came out was on time, polite, informative and answered all my questions about upgrades and possible next steps. I have a wall heater which will eventually need replacement, so I had a lot of questions about where to go from here. The day I made the appointment I stated the type of thermostat that I wanted-no bells and whistles, just easy to read and straightforward. I was so pleased to discover that that is exactly what I got-I love it! I also appreciated that there was no upsell, fear tactics or anything like that-just straight, clear information about what I asked about.In the end, all my questions were answered, my heater was fixed and running well & I had a new thermostat that met my needs at a fair price!

Cesar agreed to be out following day. He came when he said he would, and repaired two air conditioning units in a commercial warehouse the same afternoon. One wasn't running. Serviced both. Can't recommend them highly enough.Services: A/C system repair
