I needed to have a retaining wall in my backyard replaced. I got estimates from three contractors. Oscar Construction's estimate was the lowest, and its estimate included some features that weren't included in the next lowest estimate. At first, I was a bit reluctant to accept Oscar's estimate simply because I sometimes wonder whether the contractor that gives the lowest estimate will unwisely "cut corners" so as hold costs down. We worked with Oscar to help convert our open loft into a proper bedroom. Oscar helped us with the whole process from planning to permitting, and everything was done very professionally. He managed to stay on time/schedule and within the agreed upon budget. I’d definitely recommend Oscar to anyone looking to get work done around their home.Services: General construction
We had a great experience with Oscar and his father, Hector. They were so kind and their work was excellent! They installed a new faucet system (sink, shower and tub) and replaced tiles in the shower. They also took out old bath accessory fixtures and installed new dry wall. In addition, they fixed a window sill that had totally rotted away (allowing rain to come in from the recent storms) and painted the interior and exterior.
