This is the best pediatric dentistry in the east bay! Dr. Kao and staff are professional, warm and thorough. My now 8 year old and 5 year old have been coming here since they were toddlers and have been supported in each stage of their development. I highly recommend Kao Pediatric Dentistry!

Dr. Kao sees both my toddler and my 6 year old with special needs. She is AMAZING with both. We have only had positive experiences so far. Front desk admin and other staff are so friendly and kind as well. Visiting the office is like visiting a toy shop. The children get a balloon, a coin for the vending machine, and all kinds of goodies.

Dr. Kao is the unicorn doctor you want for you kid: highly skilled, explains all the options, conscious of cost, and treats children with absolute respect and kindness. My kid did beautifully getting some difficult work done. The staff are proactive discussing insurance and payment, and fantastic at returning calls. Private off street parking behind the building. I'm so glad we were referred to Dr. Kao by our general dentist.
