Great Customer Service!!! They treat you great and are very up front!!! The prices are fair but you pay for what you get the QUALITY is AMAZING!!!! Also you get life time warranty and the tints they provide protect your car interior very well!!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!! S/O to Leo he was super friendly and honest!!
Leo was amazing. He really helped me out and gave me great advice on what shade of tint I should get. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Two of my family members referred me here and I refer anyone who wants great service to also come here. Jet Black Tint in San Leandro.
Leo was super helpful with helping pick out the tints. I will say that even though it was a promotional deal it was not stated when booked about the up charge depending on the quality of the Tint you choose. I had an idea estimated labor time of 2 hours it went over just by 30 minutes.I suggest bringing a snack and refreshments if you wait for the labor to be done. I told Leo they needed to get some type of refreshments other than a kerig. Especially with the money and time you’re spending at Jet Black Tints. Hopefully in two weeks I don’t have to come back about the service
