This place is AMAZING! The trainers are very encouraging and it's not too pricey. The trainers are hard on you and show that they care very much about everyone's fitness goals. Would DEFINETELY recommend!
Outdoor Workouts in the parking lot at 9:00 am, 5:00 pm and 6:30. Also virtual bootcamps available at those times! Lots of options and a great time with a great team! Bring your own weights, and mat! No sharing and plenty of outdoor space!
ICF is awesome! Trainers are great and really motivate you. I'm never going back to a basic a** boring gym lol I can do the pre recorded workouts in the comfort of my home at the end of my day
