It had been a while for a full replacement, prior owners just put new roofs over the top the old, so needed to remove 4 roofs and then add back in the final work. Had some repairs to do as well. Good price and did the work quickly. When problems arose over the years, they are quick to get out and perform the necessary repairs. Solid company and a good price.“

Steve came to give us an estimate and he provided a lot of good information about what they do, the GAF products they use and the great GAF warranty. Their price is also reasonable. After the meeting, I contacted him a few times with some questions and he was always available. Two months later, their crew started working on our roof. Everything went smoothly and there was no surprise. They finished the job in less than 5 days and cleaned up everything before they left. “I really enjoyed my experience with Century Roof and Solar. Their team was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The workmanship was outstanding.

Tony came out to do the initial site visit and go over all the options. He explained things enough for me to make an informed decision. He didn’t hard sell any upgrades that didn’t make sense.

After his visit I received a proposal with all the different options, and costs for each, clearly outlined. This saved some confusion when the office staffed noticed an omission a few days after we agreed on a scope of work and a price. Because their proposal outlined all the options I could clearly see the clerical error that resulted in the mistake. We adjusted the proposal and moved forward. They were clear about their schedule and let me know when they would be available to start.

They were very accommodating when I needed to change the schedule to due to a conflict with another project. When the start date finally arrived the crew showed up ready to work.

They were very considerate of our extensive garden and I’m really glad they had all those young backs to haul all the debris up the three flights of stairs and the new material down those same stairs.

I hopped up on the roof myself once or twice a day. Both to check on workmanship and to discuss issues that Pedro, the foreman, discovered. Dry rot, missing trim, and missing sheathing. All additional work was clearly explained, fairly priced, and nicely executed.

The end result is a roof I feel very confident will last another 30-40 years.

As a construction contractor myself I really appreciate the whole experience dealing with the Century Roof team. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing them on to another project.“

“Jacobo and his team did a fantastic job on the large roof of our 1934 home. They were timely, detail-oriented and left our place perfectly clean at the end of each day. Any questions or special requests were responded to and fully addressed. I can't recommend them more highly.“

“Appointment was a breeze to make over the phone for repairing my roof leaking issue. Jesus Mendez showed up on time. Jesus assessed the damages of the roof for repair in half an hour and gave me the reasonable price quote. Appointment for repair was set for 4 weeks out due to holidays season. But, Jesus covered the leakage area of the roof. He also promised me that he will replaced all defective 7 or 8 O-Rings for roof ventilation ports. He did came back after a couple of days later with brand-new O-Rings and replace all the defective ones for me before the heavy rain hit in our area. Jesus came back after New Year and fixed all my roof leakage issues with a professional manners in 2 days. Cleaned up debris from all my gutters, valley areas of the roof along with constant update on the progress. Heavy rain hit in between the repair days and leakage seemed to be completely fixed now. I would like to commend Jesus Mendez for doing the excellent job, the honesty and his professionalism. I had a doubt in the beginning about Manada Roofing Company since I was not able to see recent positive reviews from Yelp or Google.
