Elizabeth at GTS was able to answer all of my questions. She is honest and reliable. Every year she checks to make sure I am not overpaying on my taxes and she has done a good job of it.

My Tax service moved out of state and was replaced by Gouveia Tax Service. I was apprehensive to use a new service but I am very satisfied with the work that they provide. They are patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. The detail of the finished product is detailed and organized, the hallmark of good work.

In response to Gracie D from 2014. I don't normally follow Yelp but this was brought to my attention. My company purchased the business from her former tax preparer in July 2014. Her tax preparer died in May 2014. Between May and July 2014 I had zero access to her file or his business. A different tax preparer was helping the widow of the deceased preparer and took many files and clients which she ultimately kept thereby reducing the value of the business. After I purchased the business from the deceased preparer's widow Ms. Gracie D called our office several times wanting her tax copies and we told her we could not find them as I assumed the other preparer had her file. The office was very disorganized when we took over and Ms Gracie D was never my client and I neither prepared her return or ever even met her or had contact with her file. I am glad that she was able to resolve her tax issue and wish her well.
