I have been using Batra services for at least 10 years. GOOD: My doctor Janice Moyer is outstanding. BAD: 1. The administrative part - some people are professional and nice. Others act like they don't want to be there. 2. They seldom answer the phone so you usually have to leave a message. 3. They have never returned my calls. All I want is a copy of my eye Rx. 4. Appointments overlap so patients sit in the medical chair longer than optometry/eye office that I have EVER been. I get the feeling that admin staff are understaffed. I blame that on the owner. I would discontinue using BATRA's services if it weren't for Dr. Moyer, a compassionate, well-educated, customer-friendly doctor.

Batra Institute is the best in the Bay area. I've been coming here for years when I moved to East Bay. The care I get from Dr. Moyer is unfathomable. She is kind and smart and mostly thorough. I started with Dr. Batra, who is awesome, and then Dr. Moyer when he says don't worry, she is good, you will love her. He was right!! She is busy months in advance. Hands down the best care on the Bay. The frames you have to choose from are the best. Designers Tom Ford, Gucci, and more. Note: If you are reading this and there are typos, my eyes are still dilated. Lol Ophthalmologist at its finest.

I was a patient for many years Dr batra was vey befoul. I left the practice currently at valley eye care center Pleasanton for reasons I will not elaborate on. Valley eye care center is truly amazing as well. Dr batra is very good
