“This place is fantastic: excellent service, friendly and skilled staff, and a beautifully designed shop with a comfortable waiting area. My husband is used to cheap, fast haircuts, and has been going to the same place for years (similar to a Supercuts). I wanted to treat him to something special for his Birthday, especially since it always takes him so long to clean up his own beard, and he has never had it professionally done. This ended up being the perfect birthday gift and my husband was super impressed by the whole experience. I booked him an appointment online, which can only be made 2 weeks in advance. I booked with Daniel for a haircut and shave because I heard he's the best. He did not disappoint! Daniel was awesome. He took my husband to a chair as soon as we walked in and he talked to my husband and made sure he knew exactly what he wanted every step of the way. He was very meticulous, often coming back to clip or shave a small hair that was out of place. He gave him an awesome haircut and shave, with super clean lines. I was very impressed that he could line up his beard so well just by eyeing it. He used hot towels and products for a gentler shave and an elevated, impressive experience. At $97 and a ~45 minute appointment it was well worth it. The shop is in a great location, right off 580. We easily found street parking but the shop wasn't busy. Snag the first spot you can find.“

Gave my kid what could be described as "1980's boy", like he could be an extra on Stranger Things and wear a raglan and get in fights. And you know that? It was great! Kid loved it! He was so happy. And as a little sportster he loved sitting around baseball and football memorabilia.“

“Super! Everything I'm looking for and at a good price! Only downside is you've got to book up to 6 weeks in advance, but well worth it!! And, it's not just Sam who is great but other barbers there as well, and you can likely schedule an appointment sooner. For example, I have also had a few great cuts with Randy.“

“Best barbers in the East Bay, hands down. I always come out looking fresh as heck, and the guy is always take great care of me. There's no chance of bad haircut like you get at Great clips or Supercuts, and at 40 for a haircut, the pricing really isn't bad for the quality you get. Be prepared to spend 30 to 60 minutes in the chair, as they are thorough and do a good job. The only thing I would warn about is that a cash only, or you can do Venmo/Zelle.“
