Job performed: Basement vapor barrier, floor insulation and rodent control. Great Leadership and know how resulted in a great team who performed great job! Very responsible on what was done. I have no reservation having them to do another job for me as needed.Service: Rodent extermination

They were were very thorough and did great work putting insulation in my attic but their up sell sales pitch was so extreme that I felt like a prisoner in my own home. After they were kind enough to come back to do a more thorough job of sealing to exclude rats ( he was super diligent and thorough at it ) he came in the house and pressured to upsell me to buy the under floor insulation. My baby was sleeping and I kept mentioning it was almost 10pm but he wouldn't take a hint. Their work and work ethic is 5-stars. Their sales pitch and pressured up-sell was 0 stars and I have not recommended them to anyone I care about. .

Here is an update on the service 3 years into the 5 year warranty: no one answers email and the phone number is no longer in use. Major bummer! We called them back several times over the past 2 years (for the first year, it seemed to be effective against the critters) and they always sent someone out expediently. However, they never really seemed to be able to totally block out the rats again. Guess it's time to figure out a new strategy since they don't seem to be in business now.
