My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! I really appreciate Keith's customer service and workmanship. Keep up the amazing work!

First thing first when my heater back fired which was super scary! I called ASAP and Keith came the next day! Thank you for your quick response and work. Now we got hot water back and so far it's been working.

Keith has always been responsive and knowledgeable. Not much else to say when service has been consistently good. He replaced our water heater with a tankless system and was very willing to take the time to educate us on how it works.
