I recently had my car towed 7/17/24. This review is long overdue. I was told there would be a $49 service fee for the truck to arrive, regardless of towing or not. Then I was told there would be a $50-$55 per mile fee for towing. Upon arrival the gentleman in a truck that read "J&R Towing" jumped my vehicle and it started just fine. He then insisted on me paying him the full $100+ as that was what dispatch told him to collect. Upon attempting to call several times there was no response. Deciding that if I was going to be hustled into paying the fee he may as well tow the vehicle regardless. After doing so he ran my card and then left promptly, claiming I'd be sent a receipt....read full review
Guy was able to tow my car very quickly in a short notice and was incredibly helpful with the tow, he knew all the problems instantly and had great experience in the job! Thankyou Guy!
Quick and efficient work. Had my car slip out of the jack while changing tyres on a parking lot, the front disc brake was on the ground.The guy was quick and knew what he was doing.
