We had Tergeo out to clip our two cats nails. They were on time and kept me updated when they left their previous appt. Very pleased with their communication & timeliness! They did a fabulous job, and Ana is so sweet. ❤️ Thank you!
Ana and team are AMAZING at what they do! Our mastiff doesn't love baths or getting her nails trimmed. No problem with her letting Anna do it, though! She immediately established rapid trust with our big gal, and did a wonderful job! We will definitely be having her back again!
They are the best - very professional and you can tell they love their job (and the pups ). We got our pittie and husky/shepherd mix bathed and nails trimmed in record time! Usually it takes me almost an hour each at a self-wash and they still don't smell or feel as clean as they did after seeing Ana! Plus, I end up soaked and then covered in dog hair from the blow dryer.. And still I usually end up having to let my husky mix finish drying in the sun when we get home lol. And nail trims at home? I'd be lucky to get all 4 paws in one go without traumatizing our pups They were even able to take care of our foster pittie, who can be picky with people and definitely snappy (even with us) when you try to touch/hold his paws. Forgot to get a pic of all 3 cleaned up and smelling good, but we'll be customers forever so I'll get pics next time lol.. They save me so much time and do such an amazing, thorough job!
